David Williams
is President and CEO of TechPubs,Inc. He is
responsible for driving all elements of their
business strategy and day to day operations.
Experience
Mr. Williams joined TechPubs,Inc. in January
2008. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President
and General Manager of InfoPrint responsible
for sales and services worldwide. Before InfoPrint
he worked for IBM joining them in Europe later
moving to the US in the early 90’s where
he held a number of executive positions for
channel marketing, International customer
support, brand marketing and business information
and reengineering. Prior to leaving IBM Mr.
Williams was Vice President Americas, IBM
Printing Systems.
Mr. Williams also served as the Executive
Chairman of the Electronic Commerce Standards
Board of The Computing Technology Industry
Association (COMPTIA) as well as serving a
term as a director for that organization.
Education
Mr. Williams attended Trinity College, Dublin,
Ireland graduating in 1981. |

Mel Schwan
is an aerospace professional with a unique
set of skills and experience that gives him
insight into the needs of the airlines. With
25 years of experience in the Aero Space market,
he has been an executive that has demonstrated
excellence in leadership, salesmanship, technical
knowledge, and customer support. He is well
respected in the industry with extensive reference
from previous customers, ATA committees, NASA
AQP groups and has been a key speaker at many
aerospace conferences.
Mel previously has initiated and built to
success two aerospace corporations and several
Boeing internal advanced technology groups.
Some of the specific accomplishments have
included developing support systems for the
Advanced Qualification Program pilot training
and digital data delivery programs for Boeing
Flight Training. Mel’s focus has always
been enabling the airlines with digital information
for operations. From his days of engineering
the 777 EFB to delivering industry leading
technical publications system he has been
delivering tools to the airlines that make
their operations more efficient and capable. |

| Pete Russo
attained his expertise in regulatory compliance
during his years as director of the department
of defense air carrier survey office where
he developed the US Air Carrier Safety Standards.
During four decades of flying experience in
transport aircraft, he served in senior management
positions with Evergreen International Airlines,
Tower Air and other large carriers, where
he held positions of chief pilot and director
of safety. His PH.D. in aviation safety positioned
him well to apply his extertise in integrating
all aspects of safety and compliance to assure
certification and streamline publications. |

| Qualified
to fly most modern transport aircraft, has
spearheaded the certification of many advanced
communication and navigation systems. As a
recognized expert in simulation, flight, operations
specifications, publications and electronic
flight bag (EFB) design, he has developed
and certified international and flag operational
procedures for a major US Carrier. He served
previously as Vice President of Operations
for BAX Global and has more than thirty years
experience in various positions with Emory
Worldwide, Express One, and TransAmerica. |

| Brian is certified
as a PTC specialist in Arbortext, a state-of-the-art
publication and document management system.
As the designer of the first FAA-Approved
electronic manual his expertise includes Certification
Project Management and extensive experience
as an Airbus A-320 and Boeing 737 check airman.
As Director of Flight Standards he was responsible
for the operations component of two new airlines,
both successful national startups, including
developing all the operational manuals. |
